PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 516.1(c), 516.2, 516.5(a) and addition of section 516.5(f) and (g) to Title 18 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Health Law, section 32 (20); and Social Services Law, section 145-b

Subject:

Monetary Penalties.

Purpose:

To conform to recent statutory changes resulting from the commission of certain proscribed acts in violation of the MA Program.
