PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/5/15, the PSC adopted an order approving the modification of rules and measurements by the New York State Reliability Council.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (4) and (5)
Subject:
New York State Reliability Council's revisions to its rules and measurements.
Purpose:
To adopt revisions to various rules and measurements of the New York State Reliability Council.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 5, 2015, adopted the New York State Reliability Council’s modified rules and measurements (Reliability Rules), as contained in Version 33 of its Reliability Rules, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
