PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/15/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Lockport Energy Associates, L.P. (LEA) for lightened regulation of LEA as an electric and steam corporation.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 66(1), 80(1) and 110
Subject:
Request for lightened regulations as an electric and steam corporation.
Purpose:
To approve lightened regulation for Lockport Energy Associates L.P.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 15, 2009, adopted an order approving the petition of Lockport Energy Associates, L.P. (LEA) for lightened regulation of LEA as an electric and steam corporation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
