PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 1/8/15, the PSC adopted an order authorizing Plaza Athenee Company Limited to submeter electricity at 35 East 64th Street, New York, New York.

The Commission, on January 8, 2015, adopted an order approving Plaza Athenee Company Limited to submeter electricity at 35 East 64th Street, New York, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
