PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 8.2 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a), 502(4)(b), (f) and 508(1)(4)

Subject:

Skills test waiver for commercial driver's licenses for certain veterans who meet federal requirements.

Purpose:

To waive the skills test required for a commercial driver's license for certain veterans who meet federal requirements.
