    Petition for the Submetering of Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by CityStation South, LLC to submeter electricity at 124 Ferry Street, Troy, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To consider the request of CityStation South, LLC to submeter electricity at 124 Ferry Street, Troy, New York.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by CityStation South, LLC to submeter electricity at 124 Ferry Street, Troy, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid.
