PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/19/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's Economic Development Plan filing for 2012 at the $9.1 million spending level previously approved by an order issued October 24, 2002.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(1), (3), (5), (10), (12) and (12-b)
Subject:
Economic Development Plan filing for 2012.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid's Economic Development Plan filing for 2012.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 19, 2012 adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's Economic Development Plan filing for 2012 at the $9.1 million spending level previously approved by an order issued October 24, 2002 in Case 01-M-0075, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
