PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of Part 87; and amendment of section 687.1 of Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 13.09(b) and 16.00
Subject:
Repeal of an obsolete rule pertaining to family care homes.
Purpose:
To repeal 14 NYCRR Part 87 and references to that Part.
