PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/20/11, the PSC adopted an order approving, with conditions, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s petition to modify the Demand Response Programs, Rider S - Commercial System Relief Program and Rider T - Critical Peak Rebate program.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Demand Response Programs: Rider S - Commercial System Relief Program and Rider T - Critical Peak Rebate Program.
Purpose:
To approve modifications to Rider S - Commercial System Relief Program and Rider T - Critical Peak Rebate Program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 20, 2011, adopted an order approving, with conditions, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (company) petition to modify the Demand Response Programs, Rider S – Commercial System Relief Program and Rider T – Critical Peak Rebate program to provide load relief when events are called by the company, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
