PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/20/11, the PSC adopted an order approving National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's amendments to PSC 8 — Gas, effective 2/1/11, to revise the cash out provisions for its gas transportation service.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Cash out provisions for its gas transportation service.
Purpose:
To approve revisions to the cash out provisions for its gas transportation service.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 20, 2011 adopted an order approving National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's amendments to PSC 8 — Gas, effective February 1, 2011, to revise the cash out provisions for its gas transportation service, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
