PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/20/11, the PSC adopted an order authorizing Birch Hill Water Company, Inc. to file Revision 1 to Leaf 12 in its electronic tariff schedule, to go into effect on February 1, 2011.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1), (10) and 89-i
Subject:
Water rates, charges and regulations.
Purpose:
To authorize Revision 1 to Leaf 12 in its electronic tariff schedule, to go into effect on February 1, 2011.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 20, 2011 adopted an order authorizing Birch Hill Water Company, Inc. to file Revision 1 to Leaf 12 in its electronic tariff schedule, to go into effect on February 1, 2011, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
