PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/11/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC 19—Electricity, effective March 1, 2010.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Purpose:
To adopt tariff changes for reactive power rates and provisions for on-site induction generators.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 11, 2010, adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC 19—Electricity, effective March 1, 2010 to establish reactive power rates and provisions for customers operating on-site induction generators in compliance with Commission Order issued September 22, 2009, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
