PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On January 15, 2009, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Riverstone Realty NE, LLC, to submeter electricity at One City Place, White Plains, New York.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the petition of Riverstone Realty NE, LLC, to submeter electricity at One City Place, White Plains, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 15, 2009, adopted an order approving a petition by Riverstone Realty NE, LLC, to submeter electricity at One City Place, White Plains, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
