PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 7005.7 and 7025.2 of Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Correction Law, section 45(6) and (15)

Subject:

Inmate packages.

Purpose:

To allow local correctional facilities to regulate the source of incoming inmate packages.
