PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/13/13, the PSC adopted an order authorizing capital investments and rate plan of Dutchess Estates Water Co., Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and (10)
Subject:
Approval of capital investments and rate plan.
Purpose:
To approve a capital investment and rate plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 13, 2013 adopted an order authorizing capital investments and rate plan for Dutchess Estates Water Co., Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
