PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of Part 174 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 375(1)

Subject:

Windshield stickers.

Purpose:

To allow the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to place a for-hire sticker on the windshield of for-hire vehicles regulated by the commission.
