PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 41 of Title 6 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Environmental Conservation Law, sections 13-0307 and 13-0319
Subject:
Sanitary Condition of Shellfish Lands.
Purpose:
To classify certain shellfish lands in Nicoll Bay and Cutchogue Harbor as uncertified for the harvest of shellfish.
