    Petition of the Village of Briarcliff Manor as it Complies with the Order Authorizing Transfer of Assets
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/16/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of the Village of Briarcliff Manor as it complies with the Order Authorizing Transfer of Assets issued February 9, 2001 and confirmed February 22, 2001 in Case 00-W-0231.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 89(h)
    Subject:
    Petition of the Village of Briarcliff Manor as it complies with the Order Authorizing Transfer of Assets.
    Purpose:
    To approve the petition of the Village of Briarcliff Manor as it complies with the Order Authorizing Transfer of Assets.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 16, 2012 adopted an order approving the petition of the Village of Briarcliff Manor as it complies with the Order Authorizing Transfer of Assets issued February 9, 2001 and confirmed February 22, 2001 in Case 00-W-0231, for the transfer of a portion of United Water New Rochelle's water system to the Village of Briarcliff Manor, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
