    Petition of NYSEG and Sheldon Energy LLC for the Transfer of the Ownership Interests in Electric Interconnection
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/16/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) and Sheldon Energy LLC for the transfer of the ownership interests in certain electric interconnection facilities.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    Petition of NYSEG and Sheldon Energy LLC for the transfer of the ownership interests in electric interconnection.
    Purpose:
    To approve petition of NYSEG and Sheldon Energy LLC for the transfer of the ownership interests in electric interconnection.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 16, 2012 adopted an order approving the petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) and Sheldon Energy LLC for the transfer of the ownership interests in certain electric interconnection facilities that tie Sheldon's High Wind Farm located in Wyoming County, New York to NYSEG's existing transmission system, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
