Action taken:
Amendment of Subpart 86-1 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Subject:
Hospital Inpatient Reimbursement.
Purpose:
Modifies current reimbursement for hospital inpatient services due to the implementation of APR DRGs and rebasing of hospital inpatient rates.
