Reimbursement of Claimants' New or Enhanced Security Devices

PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Addition of section 525.12(g)(1)(ii) to Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Executive Law, section 626

Subject:

Reimbursement of claimants' new or enhanced security devices.

Purpose:

To establish the process through which claimants may be reimbursed by the board for the costs associated with new or enhanced security devices and allow claimants or potential claimants to be aware of what expenses the board would consider reimbursable under its statutory authority.
