PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

Proposed Action:

The Commission is considering a proposed filing by the Municipal Commission of Boonville to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Electric Service, P.S.C. No. 1 — Electricity.

Statutory authority:

Public Service Law, section 66(12)

Subject:

Rate Design.

Purpose:

To implement inclining block rates.

Substance of proposed rule:

The Commission is considering a proposal filed by the Municipal Commission of Boonville (Boonville) to implement inclining block rates. The proposed filing has an effective date of June 1, 2011. The Commission may adopt in whole or in part, modify or reject Boonville’s proposal.
