Nassau Health Care Corporation Pursuant to the State Finance Law, Nassau Health Care Corporation hereby gives notice of the following: Request For Proposals Deferred Compensation Plan Services
The Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of Nassau Health Care Corporation (the "Plan"), a 457(b) plan created under the laws of the State of New York and pursuant to Section 475(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, is soliciting proposals from Administrative Service Agencies, Trustees, and Financial Organizations for services in connection with a Deferred Compensation Plan that will meet the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the State Finance Law, including all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2013.

New York City Deferred Compensation Plan/NYCE IRA
The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan/NYCE IRA (the “Plan”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide daily or as necessary liquidity through the use of a low duration wrapped bond portfolio, an insurance company separate account portfolio and/or a commingled stable value fund for the Stable Income Fund investment option of the Plan. To be considered, vendors must submit their product information to Mercer Investment Consulting. Vendors should input or update their product information, as applicable, on Mercer’s Global Investment Management Database (GIMD). The address for the website is: www.mercergimd.com. Vendors not already registered, please call (866) 657-6487 for a user I.D. and password to access the database. There is no fee for entering product information on the database. Please complete the submission of product information in the Mercer database no later than 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time on Thursday, April 19, 2013. Department of State F-2013-0154 (DA) Date of Issuance – March 20, 2013
The New York State Department of State (DOS) is required by Federal law to provide timely public notice for the activity described below, which is subject to the consistency provisions of the Federal Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended.
The United States Department of the Interior, Army Corps of Engineers - New York District (Corps) has determined that the proposed activity complies with and will be conducted in a manner consistent to the maximum extent practicable with the approved New York State Coastal Management Program. The consistency determination and accompanying public information and data is available for inspection at the New York State Department of State offices located at One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue in Albany, New York.
In F-2013-0154 (DA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New York District, is proposing to perform emergency dredging of the existing federal navigation channel known as the Fire Island Inlet, Town of Babylon as part of the “Fire Island Inlet and Shore Westerly to Jones Inlet, New York Beach Erosion Control and Navigation Project” under Public Law 84-99 in the spring of 2013. Approximately 1,200,000 cubic yards of dredged material will be removed from the Fire Island Inlet channel and adjacent deposition basin and placed as shore protection along the designated feeder beach (Gilgo Beach, Town of Babylon) to restore critically eroded areas of the beach damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
Any interested parties and/or agencies desiring to express their views concerning the above proposed activity may do so by filing their comments, in writing, no later than 4:30 p.m., 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, or April 4, 2013.
