PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 96 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Public Health Law, art. 28-D, section 2896(b)(1)
Subject:
Licensure and practice of nursing home administration.
Purpose:
To refine and streamline the existing regulations and ensure their consistency with the policies and directives of the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
