    Actaris Metering Systems' Dattus FM Gas Meter by KeySpan Energy Delivery
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    The commission, on Feb. 27, 2007, approved an application by KeySpan Energy Delivery for the use of the Dattus FM Gas Meter, manufactured by Actaris Metering Systems.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 67(1)
    Subject:
    Approval of types of gas meters and accessories.
    Purpose:
    To permit gas utilities in New York State to use Actaris Metering Systems, Dattus FM Gas Meter.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission adopted an order approving an application by KeySpan Energy Delivery for the use of the two-inch and three-inch models of the Dattus fM2 meter line, manufactured by Actaris Metering Systems, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
    Final rule compared with proposed rule:
    No changes.
