PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Feb. 27, 2007, adopted an order granting the petition for rehearing, in part of the order approving rate increase subject to modification issued May 24, 2006 in Case 05-E-1496 on the reconciliation of purchased power adjustment clause revenues by the Plattsburgh Municipal Lighting Department and the members of the New York Municipal Power Agency.

Subject:
Reconciliation of purchased power adjustment clause revenues under the Plattsburgh Municipal Lighting Department and the New York Municipal Power Agency's tariffs.
Purpose:
To reconcile purchased power adjustment clause revenues.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission granted the petition for rehearing, in part, of the Order Approving Rate Increase Subject to Modification issued May 24, 2006 in Case 05-E-1496 on the reconciliation of Purchased Power Adjustment Clause revenues by the Plattsburgh Municipal Lighting Department and the members of the New York Municipal Power Agency, subject to the terms and conditions of the order.
