PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 567.1, 567.4 and 567.6 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, section 360(1)
Subject:
Traffic and parking regulations of the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
Purpose:
To increase the allowable amount for fines for violations of certain parking and traffic regulations; increase the speed limit on a portion of Barrington Drive; add two stop intersections; and authorize the exemption of veterans attending the college from parking and registration fees.
