PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 671.7 of Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 13.09(b), 41.36(c) and 43.02
Subject:
IRA and community residence reimbursement methodology.
Purpose:
To update rent allowance offsets based on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) levels for 2012.
