    Whether to Permit the Use of Trench SU362.550 Voltage Transformer
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by ABB Incorporated and Trench Germany for the approval to use the Trench SU352.550 voltage transformer.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 67(1)
    Subject:
    Whether to permit the use of Trench SU362.550 voltage transformer.
    Purpose:
    Pursuant to 16 NYCRR Part 93, is necessary to permit electric utilities in New York State to use the Trench SU362 transformer.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by ABB Incorporated and Trench Germany, to use the Trench SU-362.550 voltage transformer in substation applications.
