PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/17/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Inergy Pipeline East, LLC for lightened regulation of a gas pipeline it intends to purchase from New York State Electric & Gas Corporation.

The Commission, on February 17, 2011, adopted an order approving the petition of Inergy Pipeline East, LLC for lightened regulation of a gas pipeline it intends to purchase from New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
