PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/12/13, the PSC adopted an order approving an emergency rule as a permanent rule for a temporary waiver of certain tariff charges by BUG & KeySpan d/b/a National Grid NY to provide one-time credits to customers affected by Superstorm Sandy.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65 and 66

To approve certain tariff charges.
Substance of final rule:
The Public Service Commission, on March 12, 2013, adopted an order approving an emergency rule as a permanent rule waivers of certain tariff charges by The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid, NY and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid to provide one-time credits on the bills of certain customers that were affected by Superstorm Sandy.

No changes.
