PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Addition of Subpart 6-3 to Title 10 NYCRR.

Recreational aquatic spray grounds.

Purpose:

To establish standards for the safe and sanitary operation of recreational aquatic spraygrounds that re-circulate water.
