PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or in part, the petition filed by Herbert E. Hirschfeld, P.E., on behalf of SP 20 Park, LLC, to submeter electricity at 20 Park Ave., New York, NY.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1)–(4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Herbert E. Hirschfield, P.E., on behalf of SP 20 Park, LLC, to submeter electricity at 20 Park Ave., New York, NY.
