PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Feb. 27, 2007, adopted an order in Case 06-E-1224 approving the petition filed by The Lenox Condominium, LCC to submeter electricity at 380 Lenox Ave., New York, NY.

Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:

The Commission approved a request by The Lenox Condominium, LLC to submeter electricity at 380 Lenox Avenue, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
