PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Feb. 27, 2007, adopted an order in Case 06-E-1237 approving the petition filed by Stellar Management, on behalf of Town House West, LLC, to submeter electricity at 5 W. 91st St., New York, NY.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1)–(4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the request of Stellar Management, on behalf of Town House West, LLC, to submeter electricity at 5 W. 91st St., New York, NY.

The Commission approved a request by Stellar Management, on behalf of Town House West, LLC, to submeter electricity at 5 West 91st Street, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
