PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of Part 801 to Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 19.07, 19.09, 19.21, 19.40, 22.07, 32.01, 32.02, 32.07, 33.16, 33.23 and 33.25; Social Services Law, section 365-m; and L. 2011, ch. 59, section 111(t)
Subject:
Behavioral Health Organizations.
Purpose:
To ensure compliance by OASAS certified providers regarding their obligations in relation to Behavioral Health Organizations.
