PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 162 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Subject:
Veterans Tuition Awards Program.
Purpose:
Implement Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2008 and make technical amendments to conform to current practice.
