    Net Metering for Micro-Combined Heat and Power Generating Systems
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/11/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC 15 – Electricity, effective February 26, 2010.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    Net Metering for Micro-Combined Heat and Power Generating Systems.
    Purpose:
    To approve amendments to PSC 15 – Electricity, effective February 26, 2010.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 11, 2010, adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation’s (company) amendments to PSC 15 – Electricity, effective February 26, 2010, to effectuate change to PSL Section 66-j in relation to the net metering for micro-combined heat and power generating systems and directed the company to comply with the conforming revised Standardized Interconnection Requirements, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
