    Authorization to Transfer an Easement in Certain Real Property
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/11/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the Petition of Astoria Energy II LLC (AE II) and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. to transfer easements in certain real property in Queens County to AE II.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Authorization to transfer an easement in certain real property.
    Purpose:
    To approve the transfer of an easement in certain real property.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 11, 2010, adopted an order approving the Petition of Astoria Energy II LLC (AE II) and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison), pursuant to Public Service Law (PSL) § 70, for Con Edison to transfer easements in certain real property in Queens County to AE II to construct, operate and maintain the GIS Substation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
