PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Parts 166, 180 and 182 of Title 9 NYCRR; and amendment of Parts 433 and 434 of Title 18 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Social Services Law, sections 20(3)(d) and 34(3)(f); and L. 2008, ch. 23, section 19
Subject:
The protection of children in residential facilities from child abuse and neglect.
Purpose:
To implement chapter 323 of the Laws of 2008.
