    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of section 3.2(a) and (d)(6) of Title 8 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Education Law, section 207
    Subject:
    Standing Committees of the Board of Regents.
    Purpose:
    To change Adult Education and Workforce Development committee name to "Adult Career and Continuing Education Services (ACCES)".
