PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 28.1 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Subject:

International Registration Plan.

Purpose:

To remove the exemption for charter buses from the International Registration Plan.
