PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Collins Yonkers II LLC to submeter electricity at One Alexander St., Yonkers, NY.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Collins Yonkers II LLC to submeter electricity at One Alexander St., Yonkers, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Collins Yonkers II LLC to submeter electricity at 1 Alexander Street, Yonkers, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
