PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/13/13, the PSC adopted an order approving terms set forth in a Joint Proposal by Long Island Water Corporation d/b/a Long Island American Water and DPS staff allocating property tax refund.

Approval of the terms of a joint proposal allocating property tax refund.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 13, 2013 adopted an order approving the terms set forth in a joint proposal allocating a property tax refund between Long Island Water Corporation d/b/a Long Island American Water and Ratepayers, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
