PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/13/13, the PSC adopted an order approving East River Housing Corporation's petition requesting incidental and lightened ratemaking regulation.

Purpose:
To approve the lightened and incidental regulation of steam service.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 13, 2013 adopted an order approving a petition filed by East River Housing Corporation requesting incidental and lightened ratemaking regulation in connection with a qualifying cogeneration facility, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
