PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/13/13, the PSC adopted an order approving, in part, a petition of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFG) proposing changes to its Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard programs.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
Approving, in part, NFG's request for changes to its EEPS programs.
Purpose:
To approve, in part, NFG's request for changes to its EEPS programs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 13, 2013 adopted an order approving, in part, the August 15, 2012 petition filed by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFG) proposing changes to its Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard programs, subject to terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
