    Approval of the New York State Reliability Council's Establishment of an Installed Reserve Margin of 17.0%
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/13/13, the PSC adopted an order approving an Installed Reserve Margin of 17.0% established by the New York Control Area for the 2013-2014 Capability Year beginning May 1, 2013 and ending April 30, 2014.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2), 66(1), (2), (4) and (5)
    Subject:
    Approval of the New York State Reliability Council's establishment of an Installed Reserve Margin of 17.0%.
    Purpose:
    To approve New York State Reliability Council's establishment of an Installed Reserve Margin of 17.0%.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 13, 2013 adopted an order approving an Installed Reserve Margin of 17.0% established by the New York State Reliability Council for the Capability Year beginning May 1, 2013 and ending April 30, 2014, subject to terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
