PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of Subpart 151-6 (Regulation 119) to Title 11 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Financial Services Law, sections 202 and 302; Insurance Law, section 301; and Workers' Compensation Law, sections 15(8)(h)(4) and 151(2)(b)
Subject:
Workers' Compensation Insurance.
Purpose:
This regulation is necessary to standardize the basis upon which the workers' compensation assessments are calculated.
