Amendment to Limitations of Operating Certificates

PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 401.2 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Health Law, section 2803(2)(a)

Subject:

Amendment to Limitations of Operating Certificates.

Purpose:

To allow Public Health Law Article 28 facilities to operate at sites not designated on their operating certificate during an emergency.
