    Amendments to PSC No. 1—Electricity, Effective March 1, 2012, to Increase Its Annual Electric Revenues
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/16/12, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, Village of Fairport's amendments to PSC No. 1—Electricity, effective March 1, 2012, to increase its annual electric revenues by $475,184 or 2.5%.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section: 66(12)
    Subject:
    Amendments to PSC No. 1—Electricity, effective March 1, 2012, to increase its annual electric revenues.
    Purpose:
    To approve amendments to PSC No. 1—Electricity, effective March 1, 2012, to increase its annual electric revenues.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 16, 2012 adopted an order approving, with modifications, Village of Fairport's amendments to PSC No. 1—Electricity, effective March 1, 2012, to increase its annual electric revenues by $475,184 or 2.5%, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
